Be careful not to over-stir the batter as that would yield a dense cornbread. Allow the bread to rest for a few minutes after baking. This helps it set and makes it easier to slice. Cornbread is at its best when served warm. It's fantastic with a pat of butter or drizzled with honey.

Sour cream creamed corn coconut oil
Mix the wet and dry ingredients in two separate bowls and set aside.
Combine the wet and the dry ingredients. Fold in the creamed corn and set aside.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake.
