This Lotus Biscoff Milkshake is an indulgent, smooth, and creamy drink that is easily addictive. A copious amount of biscoff spread, dulce de leche, and cookies combined with cream yield a deliciously luscious treat guaranteed to keep you cool year-round.

Instructions
Chill the serving glass ahead of time.
Using an offset spatula or butter knife, smear the biscoff butter around the top of the serving glass. Then gently roll it over crumbled biscoff cookies. Place it in the refrigerator for later.

In a blender, add the half and half, cookie butter, vanilla ice cream, and dulce de leche (if desired). Blend the ingredients quickly until everything is well combined and smooth and creamy.
⅓ cup half and half, ¼ cup biscoff cookie butter, 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream, 2 tablespoons dulce de leche, 6 whole biscoff cookies
Taste the milkshake and adjust the sweetness or cookie butter flavor, if needed, by adding more dulce de leche or biscoff butter.
Once satisfied with the taste, pour the biscoff milkshake into the serving glass from earlier.
Swirl a generous amount of whipped cream on top, then garnish with crumbled cookies and a drizzle of cookie butter.

Notes
Heat the lotus butter in the microwave for 10-20 secs to make it easy to swirl in the cup or drizzle over the whipped cream.
If you want a thinner consistency, add more liquid.
If you prefer a thicker consistency, add more ice cream scoops. Better yet, freeze the scoops of ice cream before blending; that way, it remains thick.
Add whole cookies before blending for added texture and presentation if desired.
