These cherry mango popsicles are made with four healthy ingredients and are surprisingly easy to make. They’re great for the whole family and perfect for picnics, parties, and summer.
Add mango, 1 tablespoon of honey, and a pinch of salt in a food processor or blender. Puree until it’s completely blended, about a minute. Set aside, then rinse the food processor completely.
1 ½ cups fresh mango, 3 tablespoons pure honey, Kosher salt
For the Cherry Layer:
Add the fresh cherries, 1 tablespoon honey, and a pinch of salt in a food processor or blender. Puree until it’s completely blended, about a minute. Set aside
1 ½ cup fresh cherries, 3 tablespoons pure honey, Kosher salt
For the Yogurt Layer:
Whisk together yogurt and remaining honey in another bowl to remove any lumps.
1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt, 3 tablespoons pure honey
Assemble:
Pour the mango mixture into each 3 oz. mold until none is left. Wipe off any drops inside the mold if you want a clean layer. Freeze for 30 minutes or until slightly frozen, but do not insert the popsicle sticks.
Scoop the yogurt mixture into each mold until none is left. Wipe off the excess, then freeze for 30 minutes or until slightly frozen. Do not insert the popsicle sticks.
Carefully pour the cherry mixture into the mold until no more can fit. Be careful not to overfill. Insert the popsicle sticks or the cover that came with the mold. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight until firm.
After the popsicles are frozen, you can follow the instructions from the mold’s manufacturer to remove them. Or, if you want to make it easy, you can plop the mold in a cup of warm water for a minute, and then they should pop right out.(Please see the body of the post for serving options, substitutions, step-by-step photos, and recipe FAQS to answer any questions)
Notes
Place each pureed fruit into a plastic sandwich bag for distinct layers, snip off a corner, and carefully squeeze into the molds.
