0.5. oz Aquafaba ( the liquid from a canned chickpea) (or one egg white)

Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a shaker without ice and shake well. Add ice into the shaker and shake vigorously until frosted.
1.5 . oz gin, 1 . oz Blanc vermouth , 1 . oz Grapefruit juice (from 1 grapefruit), 1 . oz Simple syrup , 4 drops Lemon bitters, 0.5 . oz Aquafaba ( the liquid from a canned chickpea) , Ice

Tips on making ahead of time
Combine everything but the aquafaba in a jar with a tight lid. Store in the refrigerator. Once you are ready to serve, add aquafaba and ice and mix away per two servings. Double or triple the recipe if you plan on serving it at a party or larger crowd.
